As a landlord, Mike found that he was paying too much for finders fees and decided to offer an alternative. He also realised that many landlords like himself want to meet the prospective tenants and be present at viewings but appreciated that properties do need to be marketed and an agency does have a valuable part to play. Hence, Mike contacted the UK’s number one property site, Rightmove and was accepted as a local agent. Therefore all of the properties represented by Bizzi Bee Lettings & Sales benefit from featuring on the National Rightmove website.

Mikes wife, Vickie Pusey and Laurence O’Toole complete the successful team. They are all ‘in the loop’ and know about each property, so you will always talk to someone who is able to help.
Vickie has 22 years experience as a legal assistant and still works part time for a local Solicitors, who can offer preferential rates and sound advice. Vickie looks after the administration, credit checks and tenant agreements.
Laurence O’Toole is a financial advisor specialising in Buy to Let mortgages. He is a fully qualified mortgage specialist and ran a successful Estate Agency in St. Helen’s for 10 years. He offers a wealth of knowledge and experience.

The property can be anywhere in the UK (no limit on time advertised, no additional charge for amending the advert / photo)

Bizzi Bee Lettings will take care of all viewings.
Property management service for landlords, including collection of rent. Mike is a qualified plumber and electrician and has a team of other quality tradesmen to call on. The fee is typically less than 5% of the rental fee. This covers general maintenance and emergencies 24/7, once the Let is arranged.

(NO high fees of between 1.5 - 2.5%)
Package A (hands on)
Up front one off fee of £295 * (no VAT!)

Following the initial 8 week promotion period a fee of £35 per month covers on going web presence, negotiations and weekly progress reports - no after sale fee!
If you don’t want to attend viewings
yourself then for an extra £150 Bizzi Bee Sales will attend up to 10 viewings (additional viewings are negotiable)
Package B (traditional)
Up front marketing fee £295 (no VAT!)
Sale fee - £650 for properties up to £125,000 (minus £295 marketing fee) 0.5% for properties over £125,000 (minus £295 marketing fee)
Package A and B include promotion on the National Rightmove website - photographs, property details, floor plans, location plan and weekly progress reports.
