I was kindly invited along to Slim ‘n’ Trim in Frodsham recently to try Genesis Ultra Sound and Light Therapy.
Although a course of 6 - 10 treatments is recommended I could see a visible difference after just one session. The Genesis facial is a very relaxing treatment as well as improving the appearance of the skin.
The first part of the treatment is a mild chemical peel, this creates a slight tingling sensation but as it’s only very mild there is no redness or peeling skin afterwards.
Both ultrasonic and light therapy are outstanding result-driven treatments, but when they are combined their effects on your skin is maximised. The waves generated by the ultrasonic penetrate deeply through the epidermis and into the dermis, increasing blood flow, plumping up the skin, smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles, tightening sagging skin, contracting enlarged pores, alleviating puffy eyes and reducing the appearance of dark circles and when used on the body it also reduces the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks.
In addition to reducing fine lines and wrinkles the Genesis is also good for sun damaged skin, uneven pigmentation, age spots, post acne scarring and blemishes.
